spd88 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access and use the spd88 platform entirely at their own risk.

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with a Member's use of the spd88 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spd88 holds its primary operating licence. Members agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through spd88's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits a Member's rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence.
spd88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, spd88 will provide reasonable notice to existing Members via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the spd88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
